About Us:

45th Pictures is a growing, family-owned, marketing and video production agency based in downtown Traverse City, MI. We are a rebrand of the decade-year-old motion picture company Healan Video LLC, started by Ashton Healan (Gillett). We specialize in video production, live event coverage, A/V Production, website design, SEO, and soon email marketing. We operate solely remote, coming to the clients and each other via meetings and commercial shoots.

About the Role:

This is a contract-based role offering commission earnings with exciting potential to transition into a salaried position as the company grows. As a sales representative at 45th Pictures, you will often be the first point of contact for prospective clients, representing the company and its values. Our mission is to identify opportunities, build relationships with the help of the team, and close deals for our marketing and video production services.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and Qualify Leads: Use networking, cold outreach, and referrals to identify potential clients. Understand their pain points to recommend tailored marketing and video production solutions.Build Relationships: Establish strong client connections and ensure a smooth handoff to the creative team.Present and Sell Services: Deliver engaging presentations to showcase our marketing, video production, and website design services.Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and new client meetings.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our creative experts to exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Sales: 2+ years in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of all levels.Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production and digital marketing will greatly help.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
